DELRAY BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — Delray Beach officials defend police pay plan amidst an impasse with the Police Benevolent Association (PBA), refuting claims from the union that the City is not investing enough in law enforcement.
On Wednesday, the PBA which represents over 160 police officers in Delray Beach declared an impasse after failing to reach an agreement with the association over wages, retirement benefits, take-home vehicles, and other contract negotiations.
